• La Roche-Posay Prebiotic Thermal Water: A soothing water sourced in the town of La Roche-Posay in France and a core ingredient in most of our products. It contains a unique combination of minerals, trace elements, and a high concentration of selenium, a natural antioxidant.

• Shea Butter: Sustainably sourced in Burkina Faso. Formulas with shea butter help restore the skin's hydrolipidic film and help skin feel soothed.

• Glycerin: Derived from vegetable sources, it's an excellent humectant. It helps hydrate skin by absorbing water from the surrounding environment.

• Niacinamide: A form of vitamin B3, niacinamide is a water soluble vitamin. It is widely used in dermatology.

Step 1: Use luke-warm water to wet face

Step 2: Apply in ciruclar motions

Step 3: Rinse with water and tap skin dry to avoid friction

• Orders must be paid for in full prior to their delivery. 

• If a delivery is attempted but unsuccessful the responsibility for collection of the order will now lie solely on the customer.

• GPS location pins should be accurate to no more than 10 meters and should be taken at a portion of the property which is no more than 10 meters away from the nearest public road.

• Once the seal is broken that item is no longer eligible for refund.

• If an item is found to be damaged or unsuitable for use, an exchange or store credit may be facilitated once this is reported within 3 days of delivery.

New, unopened items can be returned within 10 days of delivery for store credit of equivalent value.
